Building the public side of this brand. The site you're reading is part of that. Most of what I think about for Canadian AI, cybersecurity, and applied tech is currently scattered across notebooks, conversations, and LinkedIn posts. The point of the next year is to gather it into something useful.

Building a private aggregator that pulls from about fifty Canadian tech and AI sources, scores them, and surfaces the daily handful worth thinking about. Running entirely on a workstation in the corner of my office because that's the most Canadian solution.

Researching for a book called Quiet Country. About why Canada is further along in applied AI than it thinks, and what's stopping us from leading the next decade.

Writing more publicly than I have in years. Three LinkedIn posts a week, one longer piece a month, and a YouTube channel that does not exist yet but will.

Reading: Chip War by Chris Miller, The Innovation Stack by Jim McKelvey, and whatever Anthropic and the Vector Institute have published recently.

Open to conversations. Closed to noise.
